Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying clean and comfortable rooms with views of Main St and the harbor. The staff were attentive and outgoing, although there was one incident with a rude employee. The location was excellent, offering easy access to shops, eateries, and entertainment. The dining experience was delightful with a unique menu and excellent coffee. However, there were some service issues that affected our overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and had a king-size bed, work station, and a huge bathroom with a shower area that my child loved. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many great dining options along Main Street. However, my room wasn't ready at the exact time I arrived.
The hotel rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, but they are really small if you want space, consider getting a double room. The service from the front desk staff was less than professional. The location is excellent for walking to many interesting places, but it's in a quaint part of Dubuque. The breakfast buffet is amazing, especially the bottomless cup of coffee, however, the hotel is in a ghetto area downtown.
